Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 16, Part 6.(3) “Bodily injury” includes a cut, abrasion, bruise, burn or disfigurement, and physical pain or temporary illness or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ, or mental faculty; (4) “Coercion” means a threat, however communicated, to: (A) Commit any offense; (B) Wrongfully accuse any person of any offense;The defendant may be facing aggravated domestic assault charges when it involves a deadly weapon, attempted strangulation, or results in serious bodily injury to the victim.
